I do it whenever the mood strikes--which is typically after I've worn Mr. Sweet out , when he's on travel, or if I happen to be alone long enough to feel relaxed/horny. Mr. Sweet loves to watch me do it, so sometimes it's part our our playtime.
If I had to average it out, I'd say 6-8 times a week (more if Mr. Sweet is traveling).
