It's so very rare for me to do - my wife definitely has a higher sex drive than me, so it's a matter of whenever I want sex, I can have sex. Sometimes more than I can handle
So I don't really masturbate very often. Every great once in a while, but really other than that I'm so busy. I know it sounds like a cop-out.
When I was with my ex, who only wanted to have sex once a month (or once every other month) I'd do it 2-3 times a day. Huge difference!
