I wonder, legally, what one could do about such a situation?
technically it would be trespassing, or possibly one of the various "public nuisance" laws..or do you grab the person in question, and let them know that their problems are not going to become yours, and eject them?
a disgruntled spouse could certainly make the claim that the other half was being held "against their will"...expect police to show up with warrants if the person does not want to come out....
