I used to be really into scrapbooking, but that kinda' fell by the wayside after I spent 6 months and untold amounts of money to make a 10th anniversary album for Chris. After that, catching up on the kids' albums just seemed like . . . work. And right about the time I had the time/energy/desire to roll up my sleeves and give it another go, I discovered this board and Yahoo Instant Messenger. Oh well, the kids don't need to know what they looked like after age 5!
I DO take a lot of pictures, though. I'm not the greatest photographer, but once in awhile I get lucky and get a really good shot. And before anyone asks, I much prefer to remain BEHIND the camera (though I will make good on my promise to post that pic of me in the SB shirt when it arrives).
Both of us are avid readers, we love movies (especially comedies), and playing card/board games.
And I love to throw parties. Besides the kids' birthdays, we typically host three parties a year: a summer party (which always seems to coincide with Chris's birthday); a Halloween party; and a kickass Superbowl Bash. The tee shirts we give away there have become quite the collector's item.
We haven't tried hosting any lifestyle-related parties yet, though. However, I'm working with a fellow board member on hosting a Pocono Meet Up this summer (insert Shameless Plug here!).
I'll let Chris tell ya'll about his non-swingin' related hobbies himself.
