There's an element of trust between players and an element of luck in the encounter. We acknowledge the risks (although we also acknowledge those risks are poorly defined) and accept our fate. We got a baseline test before we started and will probably get another one when we feel the need. We trust that our partners are clean or at least made an effort to be less contagious. And we'll accept the hand we're dealt.
