It would be easier to tell you what I don't care for than to tell you what my favorite flower is...
I don't like Easter lilies because they remind me of death and religion and they smell foul.
Roses are beautiful, but I'm not a "dozen roses" kind of gal.
If someone gave me a gift of flowers the best they could do would be to take me to a garden full of all kinds of flowers - including wildflowers and natural grasses (even weeds) - and let me pick an armful. Then I'd bring them inside and arrange them myself. I find flower arranging so calming and it's a creative momemt...I'm always looking for those.
