After dinner, chatting etc., my wife will usually just look at the other woman and say, "Can I kiss you?" (if she's bi/bi-curious). It works wonders
If the woman isn't bi, she would ask the other man, or I would ask the other woman (hasn't happened yet). Don't make a big deal out of it. Everyone is hoping someone will do something, so just do it!
