The only way I've been able to tell is with kissing....my tongue can tell. Never bothers me me tho.

anyone near your age should not be shocked and can probably tell by looking. Guys have said ladies who remove their dentures for a bj give awesome head. I have not found it alters anything with oral done on ladies
