I've been with two PA guys and I don't really see what all the fuss is about. Yes, it looks cool, but honestly it doesn't make any difference feel-wise to me. And, it is harder to deep throat. It's not a deal breaker, but it's not my preference.

On the other hand, I've been with a guy that had the front of his sac pierced and it definitely hits in a nice place.
