I've been asked in the past to organize a gang bang for a lady, and I would simply call around to the males who have attended my parties and ask if they could come for one specific night (either with or without their SO) for this one lady's pleasure.
I would recommend contacting a house party hostess to arrange this for you, due to safety reasons. If this is not possible, then I would go to an on-premise club and simply get the word out to the single males in attendance. In both situations, you have some sense of security. I would never organize something on my own in a hotel room or at my own house. Too dangerous.
