Re: Which one of your body parts would you change? My penis, which I'm doing in a non-surgical way. I belong to a PE forum that has about 75,000 members. Want to talk about slow progress, it's slow.
I've also been lifting weights again, as I have on and off for almost a decade now. I'm not doing it to get very muscular, but to reach a target BMI of 23 to 24. I've always been about a low 21. The good news is that I'm now at 22, and making progress.
Guys, if you lift weights and choose to stay away from steroids, may I suggest the author Stuart McRobert to you, and his book Beyond Brawn. Also, Bryan Haycock and his HST (hypertrophy specific trianining) program is for natural lifters/bodybuilders. His site is totally free. Google HST. Oh, that PE forum is thunders.
Sure, I'd prefer to be 5'11 over the 5'7" that I am, but that is one thing that I must accept. Yes, I've had low self esteem on and off over the years. Acne didn't help either. Nevertheless, I have to choose to be somewhat confident, and taking action to change things makes me feel better. |
