I've been with one playmate with a PA and to be honest I didn't like it much. I haven't been with anyone else with one and would probably refrain if I new someone had one.

I didn't like it because it didn't feel good to me during sex or when giving him a BJ. It was uncomfortable and to be honest just got in the way.
