Well -- why don't you talk about it while you're not having sex ... like, you can say, "baby -- last night was just awesome. It really turns me on when you talk to me that way." If she acts shy or embarrassed, put your arm around her and say, "please don't be ashamed/embarrassed/shy ... I'm telling you ... girl, you rock my world."
Let her know it's OK to talk like that ... with your words, not other body parts
