Black Tie Discretions in Binghamton is apparently defunct. There's a new off-premises club in the same area called "Discretions" (don't know if that's the whole name, but "Discretions" is at least part of the name), but I have no idea whether it's a resurrection of Black Tie or a whole new deal.
Also, the Rainbow Club in Rochester shut down a couple of years ago. The void has since been filled by another off-premises place called Rochester Social Club. |
