Yes we have and it really wasn't a pursuit at all. In our case we didn't even bother with perving profiles of single women on websites or seeking supposed single female "swingers". We just discreetly and tactfully let a single vanilla friend know we were interested in an FMF and then she took over from there. My wife is not overtly bi but she is comfortable with certain forms of fem/fem contact and our friend is also straight but both of them were quite physically comfortable with each other even though they did not have any hardcore sexual contact with each other.
Our thoughts on the matter are there are very very few legitimate single female swingers and many of them that are on the websites are either fakes or flakes (sorry ladies, just like with the single guys, there are some great ones out there but not a whole lot) but there are tons of single/divorced/widowed women in the vanilla world and there are a number of them that are open to an encounter with a couple if the approach is right. Approaching vanillas can be controversial and it is not for the faint of heart and not without risk but a single unlike a couple only answers to themselves and when an offer is made they can either accept it or decline it.
