Since you are in a great tourist hotspot I agree with a few previous posts, advertisement is the key, nationally as well as locally. When we travel we check Nasca and google a city to see what clubs are there. In fact, we are planning on hitting your town this spring. RSVP is not a problem, but make sure to accommodate out of towners, have some sort of special deal for people that will only be there for a week or less. Personally I think your sitting on a gold mine, work it properly and you should end up with a great place.
