Hot tubs are a good intro, especially if everyone gets naked first, and we love it as an intro. But if you are a couple like us who does not own one, my experence is it is always awakard at first, but after some small talk, a couple things we do, is one my wife will say well shall we go in the bed room, and we all usually go there and things get going, or I will mention how it is always awakard the first time couples meet, followed by a "1, 2, 3 go, and start taking off my clothes, and others will follow. Face it we all know going into the meeting we are there to play, once the clothes come off, all is good, things happen naturally.
One other thing we do alot is the wife is dressed in a sheer night gown with a light silk robe over it, so it is easy for me to slip off her robe as we are all talking and things just progress from there. It is amazing how nudity or simi nudity moves the party along to the next level.
Good luck, and enjoy, once you are all naked or start stripping the rest will fall into place. The good thing about couples who are comfortable with each other, is sometimes it is almost a race to see who gets naked first.
