Members have been giving you good advice, the kind of advice that is ideal for
most people. The problem is, you're not like most people who come to this Board for advice. You - and your buddy - are guys who are going to do what you're going to do. And I'd bet your girlfriends eventually agree to whatever that happens to be.
Contrary to popular advice, I say go for it, since I think you're going to do it anyway. See what you learn from the experience.
