It's happened to us only once, so to us, it hasn't been prevalent. We'd spent the evening out with this couple we'd just met. They were usually a full-swap couple, as far as we knew. When my husband left the table, they propositioned me, saying they wanted me but not him. Their reason, they said, is that my husband reminded her of her ex-husband in appearance. Later on, they asked us over to their place, but we declined, of course.
