Perhaps some of those who've tried to host one will answer, but it's really not as easy as you would think it would be to find that many guys. Hell, it's hard to find two single guys on the same night who you're comfortable with who are able to perform...I can't imagine 5-7. Perhaps an on-premise club would be the best option.

Tell her to get dressed up, go to the club, tell her to pick out who she likes, and go to a room. That way, she gets to pick who she wants, you get people there who are ready to play and everyone is happy.
