Depends partly on how old you are.

If you're over thirty, chances are you're old, old, old, old, old to him anyhow.

Assuming you're younger, then.

At age 18 (or less? as you say). You bet you're house he will tell his buddies.

Time to consider relocating, maybe.

Either that or invite his folks to your club.
