We host couples at our house from time to time and have a hot tub for just this reason. We find that if a couple is comfortable enough to go into our hot tub with us then we're fairly certain they are ready for more.
The hot tub is secluded so we offer the option of wearing suits or not. If the couple is really hot we just come walking out of the bathroom naked and ask what they are waiting for.
