I (M half, straight) have done a few DPs but always with guys I knew and felt comfortable with. I would say that DPs are fairly common among couples who know each other well.
We have never seen cunnilingus done by a man while another male was having intercourse with the woman. I think that's getting awfully close to the line.
Incidentally, we both love to have a woman eat our F half while we are fucking. In fact, it's one of her two biggest turnons. However, she is not interested (she says) in having another man eat her while she is having intercourse, because she's not all that comfortable with male bisexuality.
