Are there general rules in straight mfm in what most would consider bi or straight.

For instance, vaginal dp. The idea is to please the woman, but it involves male-male contact, even though that's not the motive.

Or, similarly, cunnilingus when the other male is
having intercourse.

Would most straight males in mfm think of these as acceptable or not...
