I agree with your husband. You really have 2 choices
1 Give up the other man or
2 Tell all to your husband. Husband gave permission so you should respond in kind.
I feel swinging requires total honesty and a lone swing with this guy is almost crossing the boundaries and the other man is trying to move this into a private relationship and exclude your husband. A bad feeling is coming out?
My gut instinct is to drop him what he is asking starts to sound like control not free happy sex with another partner which is what hubby sanctioned.
That is my advice for what it is worth
