I wear a lot more tank and halter tops now, but as far as showing them off, no I don't, and I never did (even 2.5 years ago when they were new). And, mine don't look particularly fake. In fact, at a houseparty last night, the subject of implants came up and I chimed in. A playmate of ours said, 'you have implants?' in an incredulous sort of way. I think getting implants is like getting a car. Some people are fixated on the fact that they have something new and shiny. Some people just want something that looks good and serves a purpose.
