I have had this happen a couple of times and in all cases it wasn't something the woman I was with did or didn't do, but more of a case of me over doing it. The reason it has happened to me is that I am having such a good time that I hold off on having an orgasm so that we can play longer. Then when I get to the point that I have played as long as I can I am too tired to give that final push to orgasm. I usually try not to do this but sometimes just get so caught up in the pleasure of it all that I over extend myself. If you both had a good time though I wouldn't worry about it. As you can see from the responses to this thread their are all kinds of things that could cause this, but I'll have to admit, having it happen 5 times in a row does seem a little odd to me.
