Don't tell them that you get nervous when swinging in a group setting. Just tell your Dr. you're having problems with your better. The Dr. will do some tests to check for underlying problems. If none there should be no reason for him/her not to give it to you. It worked for me. I have no problems with my wife but sometimes in a group I get a little stage fright. The stuff is amazing. I am almost 40 and got hard just at the thought of what was going to happen. Btw, I went for round two just 5 minutes after the first round was over.
