Red isn't "secretly" interested in MFM! She loves it. Just as I do (and also FMF, and FMFM in whatever combination).
Generally I would say that it isn't a good idea for a couple in the lifestyle to keep anything secret from each other. It's a potential source of trouble. Talking openly with each other and without fear of retribution is all important.
