The two things that bother me about most porn are (a) it's mostly closeups (extreme closeups!) of genitals, and (b) the actors are unattractive (which I guess doesn't matter so much if (a) applies). Secondarily, the lack of even a few seconds of plot set up.

I think most women need some type of set up for the action. Not a whole story line - they are usually stupid anyway - just a minute or less of "who are these people and why are they here?" Also, many of us need to see more than just the vaginal closeup. It's the entirety of the bodies, how they move together, the facial expressions, all together that make it erotic. And, if you are going to look at the bodies as a whole, they need to be reasonably attractive.
