We don't use condoms for oral sex just interecourse. Yes some risk involved but it is one we are willing to take in that area. In the last 3 years we haven't had anyone else request condoms for oral either. STD's can be transmitted this way but I believe it is a little less likely. We were tested this year too and come up totally clean.
It really depends on your individual comfort level and what risks your willing to take. If your going to use them though I would guess the flavored would be best
and for the male to do oral on the female they have the dental dam.
