Hi all....

We are FINALLY ready to add avatar and profile pictures to our profile. Our question is, how do you make them small enough in pixel or Kb size so that they can be posted? We have several that are above and beyond the 75 X 75 pixels allowed but are smaller than the 20 Kb allowed but we can't seem to use them.

Any advice would be appreciated.
