I find it very uncomfortable to be on the bottom side of a 69 with another guy pounding away. It is in fact smothering and elbows, knees and just plain pounding weight make it less comfortable than I prefer. So, I just don't indulge in that particular position. Now I really don't feel compelled to give a reason other than I don't care for tha position.
