There are some folks who view toys with disdain for a variety of reasons. Some males are intimidated by "large" (larger than them) dildos, and from my experience, some women do not like to play with toys in front of strangers. They just don't feel comfortable using -- or having used on them -- a toy that would really get them off.
There are also people that feel that toys are for those who can't cum "naturally". I, however, am firmly in the camp of whatever makes a woman happy...
So, use discretion. You might want to make sure you have your "tools" available, but make sure everyone is comfortable (with some comments here and there) with them before you brandish them.
