Cafe Brazil
It is a small restaurant chain in Dallas we enjoyed when we lived there. They named the restaurant after the locale the coffee beans are from, but the cuisine is eclectic and has a global influence. It's like a coffee bar with great food - served at all hours. The helpings are hearty, and the Key Lime Cheesecake is made fresh every day.
