My girlfriend and I just got one last week. We haven't used a traditional strap-on so we don't have a comparison, but we both enjoyed it overall. The only gripe I have is that I don't think the penis part is at the best angle... that or it needs to be a little more bendable. Oh... and it will really work those muscles! If you don't have strong vaginal muscles, this would help.
