I have had my gall bladder removed, didn't leave much of a scar but some. If you know me and like what you see and want to play, are you going to look for it or be turned off by it? I would guess you wouldn't even notice and if you did, you wouldn't give a hoot. We have only been with a couple partners at this time, but no one seems to care once you have got to know someone enough to want to play.
