But I'll break the spell here and let you see one of my (many) character flaws. Which is not being able to let something go by without a comment (or manifesto).

I smoke, I cuss too much and if I'm grumpy, I'll push your buttons in a passive/aggressive sort of way just to piss you off then run like hell so you can't respond. Slink back later and hope all is forgiven. You know . . . a guy.
I think both my ex's would say that I'm WAY too independent. Not aware enough of the needs of others. An egotistical, arrogant know-it-all
that's in love with the sound of his own voice (and speaks for others' when they're not around

I love them both dearly and am glad they and their families are still a big part of my life!
