My only problem with this type of game is the fact that you don't get to choose who plays...
We went to a club once (and only once) where they had all the males get behind a curtain to be groped through holes by the women - and then they switched. We just sat in our chairs and watched, since there were plenty of people in the place whom we didn't really want to be touched by.
What you are describing is even more intimate than that... So - we'd probably beg off...
