That has been our experience as well. Every time. We've never had anyone request them for oral either.

Once, again, that has been our experience. I'm not sure that it's a correct assumption, but it has always been ours as well.
I would seem to me that since the condoms for oral requirement is made by very few people (in
our experience), that they would specify if that were the case.
