--1. Communicate with each other constantly. You'll stay on the same page that way.
--2. Never compromise what you're looking for and "settle" for something you don't really want. You'll probably regret it if you do.

Quite a few folks actually: Spoo, ES, LM, CA, Ves, VegasLee, JnCC, Julie, and about 50 others we're leaving out and feel really crappy about it.
