Unfortunately I dont live near Toronto..nor near SanDiego or LA where Sheila Kelley has her own studios. The SFactor is the last link I listed and it's a great series of videos...much more than just pole dancing too. I'd just like to find someone to offer classes I can benefit from in person here in the midwest!
I've been approached about a home pole dancing business, which I'm not going to do, but they are offereing "pole dance" parties for women. That's about the closest they come to anything around here!
In the mean time, you're right...the dancing is a great workout. However, we tried the exercise excuse and no one in my family bought it! LOL |
