i'd also vote for a bacterial infection or yeast infection. if she gets other urinary track infection symptoms and they don't go away with basic cleaning and such, she should go to the doc. as soon as possible because that can spread to her kidneys and cause major pain.

also a vaganal discharge can be a sign of pregnancy, noticed no one posted that, but of course that has nothing to do with the anal. lol
