Default Re: My New Obsession....

If you're looking for an excuse for why you've got a pole in your house, just explain you're using it for exercise.

There's a woman out there who specifically promotes stripping and pole dancing for the exercise value - some thing she calls The S Factor. She even includes instruction on striptease and pole work in book and video form.

A long time ago (when there was a fair bit less of me) I worked in a bikini bar and I can guarantee from personal experience that both are great exercise and lots of fun - especially with an audience to cheer you on!

Not to be egotistical or anything, but I thought I looked pretty good before I started dancing, then afterwards....wow! It was one heck of a great workout! I actually lost enough that one day I was walking along and stepped right out of my fanny pack. I'd lost so many inches (not weight - inches), that even on the smallest adjustment, it wouldn't stay up on my hips. It slid all the way down and almost tripped me!

Hmmmm.....maybe I should go back to dancing again - though a bit more privately this time. I suspect Wash would approve wholeheartedly!
