It could be either a bacterial infection from anal transference, or it could be just a good ol' Yeast Infection (a vaginal discharge resulting from a yeast infection can range from white to yellow in color and may have a "cheese-like" consistency).

The best (and really only) thing to do is see your doctor. He can take a swab, and diagnose the problem. Then provide the proper medication. Tell him what happened to better assist him in his diagnosis.
