We previously had one of the older Jacuzzi spas...it was over 20 years old and provided many years of service but finally died.
The newer ones have so many features we were excited about all of them as even though our old one was top of the line when my husband got it, it had no lights and only 8 jets.
We just got this one off of ebay and it arrived about a month ago. Can't tell you about things on a long term objective but I can tell you were were EXTREMELY pleased with the service, followup and delivery. We got to chose colors and all our options too. I just can't say enough about this dealer...he was fantastic even afterwards with our questions about hooking it up!
