A yellowish discharge is more likely to be bacterial than yeast. She probably just needs a short course of antibiotics to clear it up. Have her see her doctor; if untreated the infection could progress. Also, I would suggest wearing a condom for anal in the future, it will protect her as you can remove it if you go from the back door to the front; and it will protect you from prostatitis.
