The exercises can add some length and girth, but my experience has been that you have to get into the more involved stuff (hanging and such) to see anything "dramatic".
I have used the jelqing exercises as well as weight loss (yes, losing weight will add a little sump'n-sump'n to your Jimmy) to gain some extra play area to the little monkey.
But, having done it for sometime, I would recommend learning to do the exercise not just for any length increase (over rated for the time spent) but for the increased blood flow to the penis. That is probably the best health benefit - and the longer, stronger erections (like you are supposed to get with Enzyte and the like) are pretty nice.
Oh - and I am pretty sure this, along with exercise, has given me the "bounce back" of a teenager...
