LOL! I think you are right! I would have no problem with this. So my advise is that the fair thing to do is make sure you discuss this with the other party up front, and let him decide!
You both are being very thoughtful to consider what is fair for the third party. That gets you mucho points in my book, and that along with the fact you both feel a MFM would be super-fun would be way more important to me as a third party than the no PIV with the wife rule you set! There is so much more to sexual pleasure than PIV!
