First I'll say you look great.... but that's what everyone said to me too... did it anyways. Here's my take on it.... I'm almost 2 weeks post op:

For me I had a tummy tuck as well... the breasts hurt more. Take the pain meds, they are needed! After about a week I was taking nothing but Tylenol.

Still there but every day is a little better... the swelling for me is the worst. I hear after a couple weeks things get much better.

Saline... my understanding is very few Dr's can use silicone unless a lift is being done as well

happy....hmmmmm.... can't say that yet. They need to drop ALOT more that will take a few more weeks. I trust my doctor so I believe they will look great once they've dropped and the swelling goes down more.

As one of the posters said before... they will seem a cup smaller than natural breasts. Just keep that in mind.
